we can save each other

this world can be so dark and so hopeless sometimes. but we have the power to reach out, whether its for help or to help. that’s the beauty of it all. we don’t have to be alone. we don’t have to feel like this. we can get better. we can feel better. we will. 

there is love in every single thing. look around you, you are constantly surrounded and filled with eternal love. it makes life worth living. it keeps me going. the ability to find love in anything has helped me through so much. in the flowers in the earth, in the band and movie posters on your wall, in your favorite song that you listen to everyday, in the book that you’ve read so many times the binding is falling apart. there is so much love.

if we spent our time loving one and other and just putting all of our goodness into the world, the world would be perfect. but its not, and it sucks really bad sometimes. you get hurt, you get heartbroken, you face loss, you get disappointed. but you also move to your dream city, you get into the school of your dreams, you fall in love, you get a new cat, you buy a new plant, you write your first book. you do so many incredible things that the younger version of yourself could have never even day dreamed about. 

without bad, there would be no good. the universe needs a balance, it isn’t one sided. its not even two sided. its infinite. and even though sometimes that bad times get so bad, that you feel like it’ll never be good again. but it will. it has to. the universe herself says so. 

so lets go the extra mile for one another. tell the people you love that you fucking love them. why spend our lives being with people that don’t make us want to spend as much time as you can on this earth. you have people, and if you haven’t found them yet, you will. i promise. and even besides humans, look around you. we are surrounded by beauty just waiting to be noticed. so notice it. just like we notice your beauty. 

so lets save each other, because you’re worth saving. we both are.
